The KST-RA10 is an automatic system designed to package small parts such as metal pins, sensors, resistors, switches, and other electronic components. It uses a vibration bowl feeder to load the parts, ensuring accurate alignment and precise placement onto the tape. Once taped, the components are wound onto reels, ready for storage, shipping, or further processing.
CCD Inspection, Testing, Defect Removal Available
The system can be equipped with a CCD inspection system to check visual features of components, including front and back markings, characters, dimensions, and missing parts, ensuring high packaging yield and product quality. Additional testing and inspection functions can be built into the machine to maximize production yield and product quality.
